Word-of-mouth, goodwill... no amount of money can compensate (OK, I may be exaggerating a bit, but you get the drift...). There's nothing that can beat the smile of satisfaction, happiness, pleasant surprise on a client's face when you've accomplished an assignment, on time, within the budget and to a level of excellence that's second to none
That's one of the primary reasons why I enjoy doing what I do. I'm proud to say that I have quite a few clients, colleages and acquaintances, who've put it down their levels of satisfation in black and white (colour in some instances!).
